Arrow HOWTO: get assistance with email issues

First of all, please verify the following:

pop3 server: mail.domain.com port 110
smtp server: mail.domain.com port 2525

secure mail server: http://forums.westnic.net/showthread.php?t=165

Please login with username@domain.com and password. If password doesn't work, reset it. Please note: we do not allow to use "easy to guess" passwords on any server. Please use cPanel built-in password generator.

Questions and answers:

I can't send email. It times out.

Please try to use different port number for outgoing email: 2525

I can't send email. It says username or password didn't match/invalid.

Please use complete username@domain.com and password (CaSe SenSitIve). You may also reset mail password. Please generate new password via cPanel built-in password generator (located inside cPanel > Mail).

I can't receive emails anymore.

Please check disk space usage for: a) email account then b) for entire cPanel account. You can check disk space usage via WHM > List accounts.
