Default Alternate POP ports

I have a client that is using your service for their website and mail. However they are finding that port 110 (pop3) is getting blocked at more and more public hotspots.

Is there an alternative port that can be setup so that they can get mail?

Sorry, we provide alternative smtp ports only.
I've never heard about pop3 blocking. What's the reason?

Too good. It's true!
