These days everybody and their dog is hosting websites. Webhosting services alone are a dime a dozen. However, when techincal problems occur -- and they always will -- I am definately glad to have Westnic's support team there to help me through it.
Whoever said this was the 'Age of Communication' obviously never had their hosting done by Amature Inc. I have waited days to even get an acknowlegement of receipt of an email to those other guys.
That isn't the case with Westnic. Mike and Russel have jumped through hoops for me. By keeping in constant communication with me I felt assured they were getting the job done -- even before it was resolved. The technical support here is far superior to any other hosting company you will find. Those guys keep late hours too!
Of all the decisions I have made for my internet business one of the best was picking Westnic. Their stellar service and great value are complimentary to me and my business.
