If you worked on your website and it suddenly "went down", most likely our firewall automatically blocked your IP. IP can be blocked for various reasons:
- port scanning;
- multiple FTP connections (many opened connections);
- constant access to pop3 or smtp server;
- access with invalid user/pass to cPanel multiple times;
- access to password protected directory with invalid user/pass multiple times;
- access to pop3/smtp/ftp server with invalid user/password.
If you wish to find specific reason and delist your IP, please contact support via support.westnic.net (https://support.westnic.net) ("Abuse Issues" department). Please provide your access IP. You can find it here: http://www.dnsstuff.com - IP will be listed on the top left corner.
