First of all, please verify the following:
pop3 server: mail.domain.com port 110
smtp server: mail.domain.com port 2525
secure mail server: http://forums.westnic.net/showthread.php?t=165
Please login with username@domain.com and password. If password doesn't work, reset it. Please note: we do not allow to use "easy to guess" passwords on any server. Please use cPanel built-in password generator.
Questions and answers:
I can't send email. It times out.
Please try to use different port number for outgoing email: 2525
I can't send email. It says username or password didn't match/invalid.
Please use complete username@domain.com and password (CaSe SenSitIve). You may also reset mail password. Please generate new password via cPanel built-in password generator (located inside cPanel > Mail).
I can't receive emails anymore.
Please check disk space usage for: a) email account then b) for entire cPanel account. You can check disk space usage via WHM > List accounts.
I can't connect to any mail service (pop3, imap, smtp)
Please submit support ticket with your ISP IP, domain name, username@domain.com and password. You can find your IP here: http://dnsstuff.com (Listed on the top right corner of the page, under "Your IP is..."
I checked all of those above and still cannot send or receive..

1. Domain name
2. Username@domain.com
3. Password
4. Please include error number (copy and paste, if you have anything - it will help us a lot!).
