We are going to add free WHMCS billing control panel licenses to RS-2 and RS-3 hosting plans (http://www.westnic.net/reseller-hosting/ )
We already provide free ClientEXEC licenses for all resellers, but some resellers require WHMCS and asked us for free WHMCS licenses. Those will be distributed within next few months (probably by November).
Please note:
1. You cannot install both control panels. You need to choose ClientEXEC or WHMCS;
2. We provide WHMCS license only, without installation & support (ClientEXEC comes with free installation).
3. WHMCS provides support to end users.
