Email Send MPH?

I just installed phplist via fantastico and am trying to configure it. I was just wondering how many emails we are allowed to send per hour. I know you guys limit the amount of emails we can send to reduce spam/spam lists. :)

There are no specific limits. However, you need to outsource mailing list with 50 or more receipients. We do not allow to send bulk.
