incoming mail bouncing

I know that I have had emails to me bounce on several occasions. One from gmail recently and many from earthlink/comcast. This is because the sender's IP is blacklisted by the RBLs service that westnic's servers use.

I understand the whys and hows of RBLs and blacklisting but I need to get email that is sent to me when it is from a legitimate source. Is anyone else having incoming email bounce? How do you all deal with that?

Same RBLs are being used by most ISPs (cpanel/exim based).
