We are currently on a dedicated WHM/Cpanel server. With the ePro account, can we use the WHM utility to transfer our current sites.

WHM doesn't allow to do this unless you have root access.
We provide such feature if you order a dedicated server.

Please note that we can transfer all websites from old host to our server. It's free and convenient.
