How to register private dns with eNom

Please submit support ticket (https://support.westnic.net ) with:

1. IPs request for private DNS (we will provide two free IPs);
2. Your future name servers (please name them, for example, ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com).

As soon as you receive dedicated IPs, login to eNom (http://www.enom.com) then select on the top "Domains > Advanced Tools > Register a Name Server". "Register DNS" page will open.

Please specify name server in "NameServer" field and primary IP in "IP address" field. For example:

NameServer: ns1.mydomain.com
IP Address: 192.168.1.1 (please see support ticket for actual primary IP).

Press [submit] button to register own primary DNS. Now we have to register secondary DNS:

NameServer: ns2.mydomain.com
IP Address: 192.168.1.2 (please see support ticket for actual secondary IP).

Press [submit] button to register own secondary DNS.

As soon as you finish registration, please update same support ticket. We will add your private dns to WHM/cPanel within 24-48 hours (time required for dns propagation).

Please do not use private dns until we add them to your WHM! Domains will be severely affected.

If you stuck somewhere, don't panic! We can register private dns for you. Simply update ticket with username/password to eNom. You must change eNom password as soon as we finish registration. This is done for security reasons.
